Originally from Boerne in the Hill Country of Texas, and a graduate of Tarleton State University, Kelly moved to Colorado Springs in 1998 and quickly made it home. She married in 2001 and lives in beautiful Black Forest.
Her greatest accomplishments are the life and relationships she has built along the way.
